Founded in 2017 by Charmaine Bryant, Melanin University® was created to be more than a brand. It’s a safe space for people of color to feel seen, valued, and celebrated.

Born from the need to protect and uplift the melanated community, Melanin University® stands as a reminder that while our culture is often imitated, its roots run deeper than trends. This is a space built for us, by us, where creativity, pride, and purpose meet.
